go.mod: bump client-go and api machinerie 
I had to run `make generate`.
Some API functions got additional parameters `Options` and `Context`.
I used empty options and `context.TODO()` for now.

This repository provides Go terminal and console support packages.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/term. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/term.
