751905d245 AnnouncementsPairList improvements 
- create class AnnouncementMixin --> handle multiple exchanges
- refactor BinanceAnnouncementmixin to BinanceAnnouncement and inherit
from AnnouncementMixin
- add Beutifoulsoup in requirements.txt
