Optional /whitelist args - sorted, nobase
...
Added two optional arguments for whitelist - `sorted` for alphabetical order and `nobase` for displaying the whitelist without base currency e.g. /USDT.
Updated help with optional commands.
Added a space in an unrelated help message.
