This commit changes all package paths from squat/kilo to kilo-io/kilo
and the docker image name from squat/kilo to kiloio/squat.
The API name and comments regarding the website kilo.squat.ai are
unchanged.

This commit updates the instructions for installing Kilo. It also fixes
the title-casing of a section on the README and makes a visual change to
the userspace doc to try to make the note clearer.
