Nodes without private IPs
...
Allow nodes to have no private IPs.
Nodes without private IPs will automatically be put into
their own location.

pkg/*: allow kgctl to compile for other OSes

This commit enables the compilation of kgctl when GOOS!=linux.
This fixes #56 .
