migrate to golang.zx2c4.com/wireguard/wgctrl
This commit introduces the usage of wgctrl. It avoids the usage of exec calls of the wg command and parsing the output of `wg show`. Signed-off-by: leonnicolas <leonloechner@gmx.de>
